We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus.
We accept money orders and cashier's check. All payments by money order or cashier's check will be processed upon receipt.
Florida Resident's must include 7% sales tax on taxable items.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. If the item can not ship within 24 hours, we will contact you direct. All orders less than $100.00 will incur shipping charges. Shipping prices are based on weight and size of the item.
Returns must be reported within 15 days of Invoice Date. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before returning any product. Please have the following information available when calling for a Return Authorization number: name, invoice number, and reason for return. We are unable to accept returns on any personal hygiene products due to sanitary and health regulations. All returned items must include original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards, any other accessories provided by the manufacturer and must be in re-saleable condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to all returned items. Freight charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
All prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Accessible Environments reserves the right without prior notice to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
